Great article Bob. I have done the same thing and interesting I am getting more leads from social media right now than Yahoo and the quality of leads from social media is much higher.

I could not agree more, I dispise the hard sell and those that do it blatantly are getting ignored. They are taken off my feed on FB and some nearly on twitter if its repitive.
